We operate out of the IAD (Integrated Athletic Development) facility.

Going North bound on I-35e- Take the Frankford exit for approx 3/10 of a mile (we’re just past the Pontiac GMC dealership).
Going South bound on I-35e- Take the Sandy Lake exit and at the stop light, turn left under I-35. Turn left again at the next light (North) and stay on the access road for about a mile. After you pass the dealership, it is the next buliding on the right.
From Dallas
From Dallas take I-35E North. Exit Frankford Rd, which is approximately 5 miles north of IH-635. IAD will be on your right hand side.

From Plano
From Plano follow 190 (George Bush Tollway) west. Take the Old Denton exit (the last exit before the I-35 interchange). Stay on the service road past Old Denton. The service road will merge right with the I-35 service road. IAD will be on your right hand side.

From Lewisville
From Lewisville take I-35E South. Take the Sandy Lake/Whitlock exit. U-turn at Sandy Lake/Whitlock. Stay on the I-35E service road for approximately one mile. IAD will be on your right hand side.

From DFW Airport
From DFW Airport follow directions to the North Airport Exit. Once you have exited the airport you will take 121 North. Follow 121 to I-35E. Follow signage for I-35E South. Exit Sandy Lake/Whitlock. U-turn at Sandy Lake/Whitlock. Stay on the I-35E service road for approximately one mile. IAD will be on your right hand side.
