Venue Coordinator
$16/hour · Part-time · minimum three shifts/week
Serve as the on-the-ground Game Day and program coordinator.
- Monitor court and game flow and help programs start on time.
- Confirm officials, teams, coaches and spaces are present and ready.
- Resolve immediate program-flow problems using approved procedures.
- Communicate with the Game Day Command Center when an issue affects schedules, teams, rosters or officials.
- Support surface turnover, common-area and restroom readiness, setup and cleanup.
- Move throughout the venue rather than remaining trapped at the front desk.
- Step into an emergency operating role, including officiating only when qualified and authorized.
Guest Experience Associate
$16/hour · Part-time · minimum three shifts/week
Own the front door and the immediate human experience.
- Check in players, teams and guests.
- Answer the location phone during operating hours.
- Know the day’s schedule, programs, basic policies and location information.
- Provide basic registration assistance and identify unresolved account issues.
- Direct customers to courts, amenities and the appropriate team member.
- Acknowledge complaints and capture issues for resolution.
- Prioritize guests physically present and urgent same-day questions.
Sales Associate
$16/hour · Part-time · minimum three shifts/week
Concessions, retail and transactions
- Operate concessions, retail and approved transactions.
- Maintain product readiness, display, inventory awareness and cleanliness.
- Support the venue’s sales-per-visit strategy.
- Provide quick customer service without abandoning the sales station during peak periods.
