The Program
A Real Football Start, At No Cost.
The Puma Pulisic Legacy Program gives elementary-age players in Dallas a free, coached start in the game. Accepted players train one hour a week on our covered court at City Futsal Dallas, receive a full Puma kit, and learn football the way the small-sided game teaches it: more touches, more decisions and more confidence. Because spots are limited, families apply directly below. Our team reviews every inquiry and sends an invitation, with the training day and time, to each accepted player.

How do I apply?

How will I know if we are accepted?
A City Futsal team member reviews every application. If your player is accepted, you will receive an invitation by email with the training day, start date and what to bring.
Can a school or group apply?
Yes. Teachers, coaches and community organizations are welcome to inquire on behalf of a group of players. Use the form below and tell us about your group in the message.
Does my child need experience?
No. The program is built for first-time players as well as kids who already love the game.
