The Format

Why teams come back to the court.

Small-sided games on an indoor court create the repetition players need without turning the night into another training session.

01

More Ball Involvement

Five-a-side games keep every player close to the play and involved in more moments.

02

Quicker Decisions

Less space and faster transitions ask players to see the next pass, move, or defensive action sooner.

03

More 1v1 Moments

Players get repeated chances to create, defend and solve problems with confidence.

04

Useful Team Play

Quick combinations, support angles, and immediate transitions carry directly into the outdoor game.
