I understand and will be responsible for making sure that all players have a valid player card before scheduling. Player cards are $26 and valid for one year from the purchase date and must be purchased online.

I understand that referee fees are not included in the league fee. Referee fee is $15/game/team (2010-2006 Divisions) and $10/game/team (2015-2011 Divisions) .

Conflicts will be accommodated if submitted by the date communicated by the scheduler. Reschedules will carry a $30 rescheduling fee.
