I understand and will be responsible for making sure that all players have a valid player card before scheduling. Player cards are $26 and valid for one year from the purchase date and must be purchased online.

I understand that referee fees are not included in the league fee. 4v4 (ages 2015-2013) referee fee is $10, 6v6 (ages 2012-2006) referee fee is $15.

Conflicts will be accommodated if submitted by the date communicated by the scheduler. Reschedules will carry a $30 rescheduling fee.
